These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CoolTech Gutter Guard website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
• Quotes are based on visible roof conditions at time of inspection
• Hidden damage or additional work may incur extra charges
• We will notify you before proceeding with additional work

• Work includes supply and installation of gutter guard unless otherwise stated
• Additional roofing repairs are quoted separately
• We reserve the right to refuse unsafe work conditions

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property including:

• Roof access
• Driveway access if required
• Clear work areas
• Pets secured

Delays caused by access issues may incur rescheduling fees.

Roof work is weather dependent. We may reschedule due to:

• Rain
• High winds
• Unsafe temperatures
• Storm conditions

We are not liable for delays caused by weather.

• Payment terms will be specified on your quote or invoice
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may incur additional fees

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior
• Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee

CoolTech Gutter Guard provides the following warranties:

Workmanship Warranty

• 10-year workmanship warranty on gutter guard installation
• Covers installation defects only

Roof Leak Warranty (Repair Work Only)

• 12-month roof leak warranty applies to roof restorations and ridge capping repair work only
• Warranty applies only to areas repaired by CoolTech Gutter Guard

Warranty does not cover:

• Storm or weather damage
• Structural movement
• Pre-existing roof issues
• Rusted roof sheets or valleys outside repair scope
• Lack of maintenance
• Blocked gutters/downpipes
• Work completed by other contractors
• Acts of nature

While installing gutter guard or performing roofing works, we may identify other roofing issues such as:

• Damaged ridge capping
• Rusted valley trays
• Broken roof tiles
• Loose sheets
• Existing leaks
• Failing pointing

These issues may not be included in the original quote. We will notify you if problems are found. We are not responsible for pre-existing roof problems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing roof defects
• We are not liable for leaks outside the repaired or worked-on areas

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
• Copy website content without permission

All content remains the property of CoolTech Gutter Guard.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
